Grout & Silicone Replacement
This is required in showers that are not professionally cleaned and sealed yearly and due to the Hawaiian elements and lack of daily maintenance.
Shower pans with a bad grade that don't drain. Will water log the grout permanently discoloring it. Replacing the grout will be necessary.
Silicone and grout is very important to protect the integrity of your shower.

After a rapid drying process, we apply a heavy-duty, invisible impregnating sealer. This advanced sealant acts as a shield, repelling water and preventing grime and mildew from taking hold. Your shower will not only look immaculate but will be easier to maintain, and it will be ready for you to enjoy again the very same day.
Restoration Cleanings
Our package consist of applying mold, mildew, hard water, soap, and mildew removers.
We use mechanical agitation to remove contaminants from the surfaces.
Hot water extraction rinses and extracts cleaners and contaminants.
Air movers are placed to completely dry the areas. We then apply a heavy duty impregnated sealer that is invisble leaaving your shower ready to use that night.
Some circumstances will require enhanced sealer which enhances the colors and gives slightly wet look. This sealer fully cures 72 hours after application.
Shower Glass & Fixtures
Our package: includes cleaning of hard water using specialized chemicals and mechanical polishing. Shower glass and fixture will also be sealed for their protection and longevity.
